C25K or Couch to 5K’s is an app designed to do just that, get you off the couch and running 5K’s within 8 weeks. And it works! Last night I graduated by running my last session on the app. I didn’t quite make it to 5K’s in the half hour timeframe of the session but I kept going for a few extra minutes to make it to 5K’s.
It’s been a great journey and I’ve loved ticking off each session as I progressed. Since starting the program not only has my fitness improved, but also my general well being. I feel great.
